Yoga in town

I teach public yoga classes at several locations across Chelsea and Wakefield. You are welcome to join in at any time. A “drop-in” option is available, so you can try them out without having to make a commitment. If you do decide to commit to a session or class pass, receive a discounted rate.

  • This class is taught in the Sivananda tradition.

Wednesdays 7:00-8:15pM – classical & YIN yoga

  • We begin each class with slow, deep stretches (yin yoga) to gently open and lengthen the body. Then, we move into classical yoga postures that build strength, flexibility and balance. Class ends with a second series of deep stretches, followed by deep relaxation.
  • Mill Road Community Space (Grace United Church), 8 ch Mill, Chelsea
  • $15 drop-in, or $120 for 10-class session (New session starts on January 10th, 2018!)

  • A flowy classical yoga class, intended to energize the body while grounding the mind.
