I so loved the interaction and having YOU as my instructor. You were there to literally lift me up, help me, and guide me to being a better individual, and for that I shall be forever grateful. I’ve been taking Zofia’s yoga classes for several years and love them. Her style of instruction is calm, relaxing, and welcoming, and her selection of postures in the class I am in is just right for those of us who are now just ever so slightly past their prime. I have been taking yoga lessons with Zofia since 2017. I have never been disappointed once by her performance. She clearly knows the fundamentals of her field and most importantly, she knows how to deliver this science to her students. Her teaching language and gestures are clear, simple and fluid. In addition, she can speak French and English perfectly. Zofia is a natural pedagogue. She lives her subject. I love taking Zofia’s classes and hopefully she will be around for a long, long time. I love that being a monthly subscriber to Zofia’s classes gives me the privilege of making regular use of the recorded classes. I try to do a class every evening around 9:30. Beautiful!

Zofia’s Hatha & Yin class is a good match for those looking to slow down from a busy day. Its easy pace reminds you to be careful with your body, and to take gentle care of yourself. With each breath, Zofia prompts you to relax any body part that may still be tense – I definitely appreciate this piece of mindfulness. Movement does not need to be complicated, and this class is a great reminder of that.

I just wanted to thank you for an amazing experience yesterday. It was exactly what I needed. I never expected to feel the way I felt from it, and the emotions it brought up in me. A magical release almost. I am so glad I joined in, and feel I am on the right path now after so long searching. I will definitely be having yoga in my life from now on.
That was a great retreat, thank you! Every part of it was well thought out and delivered sensitively, gently and effectively. I definitely came home noticeably calm! And was reminded of how powerful just a few rounds of alternate nostril breathing can be. The kirtan at the end was really enjoyable; the many people who flooded in to participate was evidence of that.
I really enjoyed the retreat. Very peaceful, and love, love the food. It was a good complement to your yoga classes.
