Those of you who attended the Morning Meditation series will find the opening to our Mantra series familiar (i.e. bringing awareness to body and breath). Instead of silent mantra meditation, though, we will sing aloud, and I will play my harmonium to accompany us. For group singing though Zoom, it works better to have all participants muted; otherwise, there are sound delays and distortions. With everyone muted, you will be able to hear me and yourself singing, but not the other participants.
