Here you’ll find recordings of the March 2022 Morning Meditation series. Each recording includes the 15-minute meditation, and the opening/closing reflections.
This month’s meditations follow the approach introduced in previous months (focusing on breath, third eye and mantra) and include an additional tool to help gather and guide the mind: the visualization of light. Towards the end of the month, we add another layer to our meditation: the visualization of the day ahead as we wish it to unfold, feeling as if that ‘vision’ were already a reality.
