A 4-week course exploring the fundamental approach and foundational philosophy of classical yogic meditation, with the goal of developing a home practice. Each 75-minute class blends theory, discussion and practice — gentle asana, guided relaxation, pranayama and seated meditation. Students receive a course manual and audio recordings of four guided meditations.
