My pups enjoying a sunny spot on the sofa

We’re all enjoying the warm summer sunshine. But have you noticed that the mornings and evenings are getting cooler? I hear whispers that it’s time to start planning for fall… On this note, I offer you a look at my new and returning yoga offerings in September and beyond. Registration is now open.

And lastly…

A few words for inspiration and reflection. Yoga asks us to let go… and to hold on. This, the masters tell us, is the road to peace, to that state of being where the mind is completely still and nothing exists but clarity and truth. But what do we need to let go of? What do we need to hold on to? More on this soon! In the meanwhile, I’d love to hear your thoughts…
